Promo Mechanics
1. The Promo is open to Security Bank Platinum and World Mastercard credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo is not open to Security Bank Complete Cashback Platinum, Wave, Next, Classic, and Corporate Mastercard credit cardholders.
3. The Promo Period is from April 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024.
4. Security Bank Platinum and World Mastercard Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of the following offers within the Promo Period:
- Promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 5,000 at Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery, Wildflour Italian, Wildflour To-Go (delivery transactions via direct message through Instagram and Facebook);
- Promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000 at George and Onnie’s, Little Flour Café, Pink’s Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza Sisters, Hotel Bar, and Wildflour To-Go (delivery transactions via direct message through Instagram and Facebook);
- Promo is valid for all Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain stores, with spend requirement dependent on the restaurant brand it is located in. Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain stores are currently located in Wildlfour Restaurant, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery, and George and Onnie’s locations.
- Promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 5,000 for delivery transactions via the Wildflour PH App and Website (wildflourtogo.com) for Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery, Wildflour Italian, George and Onnie’s, Little Flour Café, Pink’s Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza Sisters, Hotel Bar, Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain;
- Security Bank Platinum and World Mastercard Cardholders are entitled to a maximum discount of Php 5,000 per single receipt spend exclusive of service charge, delivery fees, takeaway fees, and all prevailing local taxes at Merchant;
- All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, delivery fees, takeaway fees, local taxes) will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
- The offer is valid for dine-in, take-away, pick-up, and delivery from Monday to Sunday. There are no blackout dates during the Promo Period;
- The offer is valid for delivery (via direct message to Wildflour To-Go Instagram and Facebook, Wildflour To-Go PH App, and Website – wildflourtogo.com only) from Monday to Sunday;
- Promo Mechanics for all delivery orders via wildflourtogo.com or Wildflour PH App:
- Cardholder to accomplish an online promo sign-up sheet
- Wildflour To-Go to validate entry and send unique promo code via e-mail within 24 hours.
- Customer to apply code during order process.
- Wildflour To-Go to check validity of transaction.
- Wildflour To-Go/Branch to send order confirmation and dispatch updates to customer.
- Promo Mechanics for all delivery orders via direct message to Wildflour To-Go Instagram or Facebook:
- Wildflour To-Go to ask if cardholder has a Wildflour Loyalty card and any participating Security Bank Platinum or World Mastercard Credit Card.
- If yes on the latter, inform customer of promo mechanics.
- Wildflour To-Go to ask for the following information: (Cardholder’s Full Name, First 8 Card Numbers, Last 4 Card Numbers, Photo of Valid ID for verification)
- Proceed with ordering process.
- Wildflour To-Go to send payment link with 50% discount applied
- Customer to input card details and proceed with payment.
- Wildflour To-Go to confirm validity of transaction.
- Wildflour To-Go to confirm order & dispatch with chosen branch.
- Wildflour To-Go/Branch to send order confirmation & dispatch updates to customer.
- Orders placed via third-party delivery platforms such as GrabFood and FoodPanda are not valid for the promo;
- Only one (1) transaction per cardholder per table and/or delivery order;
- The cardholder must present a qualified Security Bank Platinum or World Mastercard Credit Card before ordering in-store and online. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
- Discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
- Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts.
5. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must use his or her participating Security Bank World or Platinum Mastercard Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases with Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp.
6. The cardholder must mention to both the restaurant and online Wildflour To-Go staff of his or her intent to avail of the Promo using their Security Bank World or Platinum Mastercard prior placing their orders.
7. The Promo is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash, gift certificates, or credit, nor applicable for installment transactions or cannot be exchanged for any other items.
8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount.
9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
10. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp.:
11. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase should be found fraudulent, Security Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.
12. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp. with the concurrence of DTI.
13. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Wild Flour Bakery + Café Corp. and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
14. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit cards shall apply.
