Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to cardholders of the participating EastWest Elite Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.
2. Promo Period is from July 4, 2025 to July 27, 2025.
3. EastWest Elite Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:
4. The promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 5,000 at Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Café + Bakery, Osteria Antica and Bar Antica;
   • The promo is valid for a minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000 at Kei Maki, George and Onnie’s, Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain (Verve BGC), Little Flour Café, Pink’s Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza Sisters, Hotel Bar and Village Bar;
   • Promo is valid for all Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain stores, with spend requirement dependent on the restaurant brand it is located in. Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain stores are currently located in Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Cafe + Bakery, and George and Onnie’s locations and one stand-alone location in Verve BGC.
   • Cardholders of participating EastWest Elite Credit Cards are entitled to a maximum discount of Php 5,000 per single-receipt spend exclusive of service charge and all prevailing local taxes at Merchant;
   • The offer is valid from Friday to Sunday only; There are no blackout dates during the Promo Period.
5. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her Participating EastWest Elite Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
6. Only one (1) transaction per cardholder per table for dine-in and delivery order.
7. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
8. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing transactions into multiple transactions to avail of multiple discounts.
9. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount.
11. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant

   5. Cardholders of EastWest Elite Credit Cards are entitled to a maximum discount of Php 5,000 per single-receipt spend exclusive of service charge and all prevailing local taxes at Merchant;
   6. The offer is valid from Friday to Sunday only; There are no blackout dates during the Promo Period.
   7. The dine-in offer is not valid for take-out and pick up;
   8. Only one (1) transaction per cardholder per table for dine-in and delivery order;
   9. The cardholder must present a qualified BPI Signature Card before ordering in the restaurant;
   10. Discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
   11. Splitting of transactions to enjoy multiple discounts per visit and per transaction is not allowed. Promo offer can be availed of in a single-receipt transaction, per table, per visit.
   12. The promo is not applicable to purchases of pantry items or retail products sold in-store.
   13. Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms such as GrabFood and Foodpanda are not eligible for this promotion.
   14. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions of the Merchant. Pursuant to the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) and the Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (R.A. 10754), senior citizens and persons with disability (PWDs) may choose to avail either the promotional discount or the discount under the said laws, whichever is higher. The 12% VAT exemption shall still apply to eligible items regardless of which discount is applied.
   15. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
   16. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Wildflour Restaurant, Wildflour Café + Bakery, Osteria Antica, Little Flour Café, George and Onnie’s Filipino Restaurant, Pink’s Burgers & Hotdogs, Pizza Sisters, Kei Maki, Bar Antica, Hotel Bar, Village Bar, and Farmacy Ice Cream and Soda Fountain (Verve BGC) shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
   17. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of EastWest Elite Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
